After almost 25 years of protection by the Bonaire Marine Park, the Bonairians and visiting divers and snorkelers, the fish on Bonaire are really very friendly. A true fish lovers paradise.

Of course we also explored the rest of the island with tours to Rincon, Goto Meer, the Saltworks, Slavehuts, Lighthouse and the old caves with indian paintings.
Captain Don, diving pioneer and the first to start marine conservation on the island welcomed us at his own ranch for some interesting discussions and refreshments. |
